15th MPM Workshop

Yidong and Jinhyun attended the 15th MPM Workshop in Berkeley. Yidong presented a talk entitled “Enhanced Material Point Method for Soil-Object Interaction.” Our collaborator, Lauren Talbot at UC Berkeley, also gave a presentation entitled “MPM with Levelset and Barrier Method for Geo-Interface Problems.” After the workshop, we caught up with the 1st PhD graduate of our group, Dr. Fei Fan at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory!
